An expired trial no longer shows an empty band above the dashboard

After a trial ended, the dashboard showed an empty bordered band where a billing notice belongs, for up to a day, until the account moved on to its next plan. The band now only appears when it has something to say. Only the band changed. What you can do in the account during that day is the same as it was.
