Win the sale without giving away your margin

Your prices move with the market on their own, climbing to capture more profit when they can and never dropping below a floor built from your real costs. It works on the marketplaces where you sell and on your own store alike.

Prices move all day. You can't.

On a busy marketplace the price to beat changes all day long. Competitors raise and lower theirs, sellers run out of stock, and the spot that wins most of the sales can change hands several times in an hour. On Amazon, more than eight in ten sales go to whoever wins that spot.

By the time you notice someone has undercut you, the moment has passed. And matching the lowest price by hand is a trap of its own: you win the sale but lose the margin that made it worth having. What you want watches the market for you, follows the rules you set, and never forgets the one number that has to be protected, which is your cost.

Your prices move, but never past your limits

Every listing has two numbers that matter most: a floor and a ceiling.

The floor is your minimum price, and it is your true break-even rather than a rough guess. It adds up the cost of goods, every fee the marketplace takes (referral, fulfillment and closing), shipping, and the margin you want to keep. Your price will never drop below it, so you never win a sale at a loss.

And because those costs can flow straight in from your catalog, the floor stays honest even when a marketplace raises its fees, which is one of the quietest ways a seller ends up below cost without noticing.

The ceiling is your maximum price. It is the most you are willing to charge, which keeps you within the marketplace rules and stops you from pricing yourself out of the top spot.

Between those two numbers your price is free to move. When a competitor leaves or you already hold the top spot, it can rise toward the ceiling to capture more profit. When competition heats up, it comes down, but never below your floor. You set the boundaries once, and it plays inside them.

A strategy for each way you sell

Not every product should be priced the same way, so you choose how each one behaves. Some should chase the top spot and follow whoever holds it; others should keep climbing gently while they are already winning, so you earn as much as your lead allows. Products you sell from your own supply can be priced up from their cost to hit a target margin instead of reacting to anyone, and when a brand sets a required price you can hold to it. On Amazon and Walmart that top spot is the Buy Box, and a strategy can go after it directly, jumping straight to the price that wins it rather than inching toward it.

  • Chase the top spot, hold it, or keep optimizing while you lead
  • Price up from your cost to a target margin or return
  • Separate business pricing when you sell B2B
  • Run on a schedule, or react to the market as it moves

It competes against the right sellers, not just the lowest price

The cheapest offer is not always the one worth beating. You decide which competitors count: only sellers in the same condition as you, only the fulfillment types you compete with, only those above a rating you trust, and only the regions you actually sell against. Then you point each strategy at the reference that matters, whether that is the Buy Box, the lowest fulfilled-by-Amazon offer, the lowest merchant offer, or the market average. So it never drags you down to match a worn-out listing or a no-feedback seller you were never really competing with.

  • Match only your own condition, so a used listing never drags your price down
  • Filter by fulfillment type, seller rating and region
  • Target the Buy Box, the lowest FBA or merchant offer, or the market average
  • Exclude your own other offers automatically

The Buy Box price is $24.99. Your strategy competes against this price.

Not just marketplaces. Your own store too.

Most repricers only touch marketplaces, because that is where the competitor data is easy to reach. This one also watches the competitors you name on your own storefront, reads their live prices, and reprices you against them using the same floors, so a price war on your own site never quietly costs you money. On Shopify it can even set the crossed-out compare-at price for you as your price moves.

  • Track the competitors you choose on your own storefront
  • Price by cost and margin where there is no shared marketplace
  • Set Shopify compare-at pricing automatically as prices change

You can watch it before it touches a price

Automation you cannot see into is hard to trust, so this shows its work. Run it in preview first and it computes and explains every price it would set, on your own listings, without a single one going live. Once you switch it on, every change still comes with the reason behind it, and each product tells you plainly whether it is working, paused, set by hand, or waiting on something you need to fix.

  • Preview every price it would set before anything goes live
  • A written reason on every price change
  • Per-product status: working, paused, manual, or needs attention
  • Plain-language alerts when something needs a fix

See exactly how you're doing

It is not only working in the background; it shows you the results. Watch your Buy Box win rate over time, your sales and profit by channel, and a running feed of every price change with the reason behind it. So you can tell at a glance whether a strategy is paying off, and tighten a floor or a rule the moment the numbers say so.

  • Sales and profit, broken out by channel
  • A running log of every price change and why it happened

What happens while you are asleep

Say a competitor drops their price by three dollars at two in the morning. Within seconds the change is noticed, and your price steps down just enough to stay in front, stopping the moment before it would cross your floor, so you keep both the sale and your margin. When you sit down with your coffee the next morning the change is already made and waiting for you, with a plain explanation of why it happened and nothing left for you to fix.

Live in an afternoon, not a project

Getting started does not take a specialist. Most sellers are repricing the same day.

  • Connect your channels. Link a place you already sell. No developer needed.
  • Set your floor. Bring your costs in from a file, let your channel or your catalog fill them, and it works out your break-even for you.
  • Pick a strategy and watch. Start in preview to see what it would do, then switch it on when you are ready.

Works where you already sell

Connect Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and BigCommerce, including around twenty Amazon regions. It reprices your marketplace listings and your own storefronts side by side, from one place.

Frequently asked questions

Will it ever sell my product at a loss?

No. Every product has a floor built from your costs, the marketplace fees and the margin you want to keep, and your price never falls below it, even while it is competing hard for the sale.

Can I try it without it changing anything?

Yes. In preview it computes and explains every price it would set, on your own listings, without any of them going live, so you can see how it behaves before you hand it the keys.

Is it safe to run on my marketplace accounts?

It only ever sets a price between the floor and ceiling you define, and follows each marketplace's own pricing rules. You can pause anything or set a price by hand at any time.

Isn't Amazon's built-in repricer enough?

For a first step it can help, but it is limited: it follows one competitor at a time, it will not raise your price back up once you are winning, and it has no automatic floor built from your real costs. This watches the whole field, climbs when it can, and protects a true break-even you never cross. It also works beyond Amazon, on Walmart, eBay and your own store.

How do my costs get in?

However suits you. Enter them by hand, import them in bulk from a CSV or spreadsheet, let the channel fill them in where it can, or connect your catalog so your real costs flow in and stay current on their own.

Do you support Amazon Business (B2B) pricing?

Yes. You can set a separate business price, whether a fixed amount, an offset from your retail price, or its own dynamic strategy, each with its own floor, and it always stays at or below your consumer price the way Amazon requires.

I already use another repricer. Can I switch?

Yes. Connect your accounts, bring your costs and minimum prices in from a file, and start in preview so you can watch it match or beat what you had before anything goes live. Nothing changes on your listings until you say so.

How fast does it react?

It can respond within seconds of a change in the market, or run on a schedule you control, and you decide which products react live and which follow a clock.

How is it priced?

It scales with your sales rather than charging per listing, so it grows with you. See the pricing page for current plans.

Is it the same account as the catalog side?

Yes. One login, one team and one bill. Use one, the other, or both, and your catalog can feed your real costs straight into your pricing.
