An import now counts its rows while it runs

The Success, Warnings, Errors and Blocked columns showed a dash for the whole run of most imports and only filled in at the end. A 30,000-row import of categories sat on four dashes from start to finish.

They count up as rows are processed now. The percentage reaches 100% on a file with errors, where it used to stop short, and the count you watch while it runs is the one the import ends on.
