"Last synced" now means the same thing everywhere

The listings table could say "3 days ago" while the window for the same listing said "4 minutes ago", because they were reading two different clocks. The table, its filter, the export and the listing window now all show when your channel's catalog was last synced, so the date you filter or export by is the one you see on screen.
