Price fields no longer vanish with two or more connections

With two or more connected accounts, a product's Price and Compare Price fields disappeared from the Pricing section, and a table of prices per account took their place. In your organization's master currency, the two fields now stay put at any number of connections. A price for one connection is set in Overrides, in the product's menu, with the same Override and Reset controls as every other field there. If you used that table, open Overrides and you'll find the same prices.
