Tables and reports open faster, and every import is listed

Every table now arrives with its first page already filled, and paging, sorting, filtering and opening a report no longer wait behind other work in the app, so the listings, the strategies and the reports show up right away. The imports, exports and schedules lists were capped at 50 rows; they now page through everything you have. A first sync also reports its progress without stalling, and a table's action buttons no longer jump as they load.
