The Format column now says what you actually downloaded

An export you asked for as XLSX comes back as CSV when a cell or a sheet runs past what XLSX can hold, and the Format column in Uploads kept saying XLSX. It now reads the file you actually got, so that export says CSV, and a compressed one says GZ/CSV or ZIP/CSV. Renaming an export keeps the file's extension too, so a zipped file no longer arrives named .csv. A bundle of several exports still shows the format you asked for.
