Filter the products table by whether a product has features

The products table has a new filter, Has Features, so you can see at once which products carry a list of features and which don't. Open Filters above the table, pick Has Features, and choose yes or no. It combines with the other filters like any of them, so you can narrow a brand or a category down to the products that still need their features written.
