The "Uploads" pages open on the right tab

Opening anything under Uploads other than Imports showed the Imports tab for an instant before switching, and the sidebar highlighted Imports for that same instant. It happened when you created a new one too, so the wrong form appeared first.

Each Uploads page now opens directly on its own tab, with the right item lit in the sidebar.
