Opening "Filters" from a saved link no longer breaks the table

A link, a bookmark or a saved view could carry a filter on a column its table doesn't show. The rows loaded narrowed by it, but clicking Filters then replaced the whole table with an error page. Such a filter is now cleared as the table loads, so the rows show without it.

The Repricing paused notice keeps its own: the value it filters on is a column now, hidden but filterable, so its rows still match the count.
